As part of a 2-year traineeship, trainees will be required to complete a Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership or the Horse Safety Australia Instructor qualification.  Trainees are given on-the-job training opportunities whilst completing the elements of the Certificate III or HSA Course, as well as in-house training in the facilitation of the activities we provide on our site.
